SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
All sex dolls made to order by Glamourica-dolls.eu are presented at their final price. Shipping and delivery within the EU, the U.S.A. and most of other European countries are included in the price. You do not pay any shipping costs, TAX/VAT, or other fees. You will receive your doll customs cleared. Depending on your customized configuration and the selected shipping method the approximate delivery time is 15-60 days. You will receive the tracking number for your order. 

Air shipping – 10–20 days (excluding production time) – including customs clearance and taxes
Express shipping – 7–10 days (excluding production time) – customs clearance and taxes are not included

The delivery times listed above do not include the time required to manufacture your sex doll. This depends on the brand, type, and selected configuration, and usually takes 7 to 30 days from the date of payment to Glamourica's account. Our web-catalog provides information on the production and delivery times typical for each manufacturer and the available shipping methods.

The maximum delivery time depends on the customizations and may be longer in some cases. You will receive the expected delivery time in the order confirmation. Glamourica is not responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure. See Terms and Conditions.

Dolls advertised as "EU stock" or "US stock" will be delivered to you within 3-10 days after payment.

The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the Contract due to a delay in delivery if the delay exceeds 90 days after the usual delivery time has expired.

DISCRETE DELIVERY
We think about your privacy. No one will know what is in the package when it is delivered. The doll will be sent in a durable 5 layer foam padded cardboard box as standard, without any manufacturer or seller markings.
