Shipping and delivery costs within the EU, Norway, Switzerland, U.K. are included in the price. No postage, VAT or other charges. You do not have to undergo any customs procedures or pay additional import charges. The usual delivery time is 20-45 days. Delivery conditions to non-EU countries are negotiated individually by Glamourica Customer Service.

We think about your privacy. No one will know what is contained in the parcel when it is delivered. The doll will be shipped in a durable cardboard box reinforced with polyurethane fillings and without any manufacturer's markings as standard.
All sex dolls shall arrive in a perfect condition, as shown and described on our website. If your doll is delivered with defects or discrepancies, please take photos and videos during unboxing it, so that we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
